I am trying to import a d word document into Orcanos product tree but I get an error message from that system that it fails.
What could be the reason for that?

The reason for that could be of several issues try to check the following:

  1. The document has heading
  2. The document heading is in a sequential order for ex. 1., 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.1.1 etc. If the headings are not in such order the import process will abort.
