Today these lists show number and label, for example, “1 – rarely”

I only want to show 1

Is there a way to remove the labels?

You can go to the corresponding system tables in Admin->FMEA settings, scroll down and see the list of system tables there, you can open and change it from there. The thing is that you must put some description – it cannot be empty
