Is it possible to define roles (not to confuse with groups)?
 
For example, person “Andy” can be project leader for project A, and Reviewer for project B.
On higher level, I want to define roles, not users, to release items, documents, or perform certain actions.
 
For each project, I define then the persons fulfilling different roles.
