We have the new feature that enables the user to add new parameter values to existing table.
For this Admin needs to Grant Group Permission to the users
The Permission is defined under Execution Set > Add test run parameter value during test execution
By enabling this Permission, user can add the new parameter value during test run
By disabling this Permission, user has to select the parameter value from the existing list
