All MS-Office files like PPT, DOC, and XLS extensions are outdated and unsupported files. so it will not work.

Make sure, for DMS signing process, you use only DOCX, PPTX, XLSX latest MS-Office extensions.

Other Extensions are TXT, JPG, PNG, JPEG etc.
