Test Run: Test Run is the Workitem which defines all the information about the run the test cases along with all steps.

Execution Run Status: When User Run any test case then it displays the status that it’s Fail /Pass /Not Completed/ Skipped/ Fail(Stop).

User can see all the information about the run status in Test Run workitem tab on Workitems page in the grid by create a filter for required information.
