shouldnt be any special instructions
If you encounter any problems with QPack on Windows 8, try the followings:
– Right-click->Run as admin
– Righ-click->properties->compatibility->”Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 7″
– Reinstall QPack
– Restart 
– Lower user account control security level to minimum
