Step 1. Create a View using the Operand “Is After” to list the Items which has undergone changes since a specified day
Step 2. Make the History Tab as your Default Tab for the Work Items
Step 3. Click on Item that has been listed, the history for that Item will be displayed sorted with the most recent changes made 
Step 4.To View the changes in description, click on the “View Difference” Icon displayed in the “Change In Description” Column and user can actually see the difference in the text
