The system sends email to the next signer only
The additional emails could be sent due to the following reasons:
– Alternate signer defined so he gets email
– Next signer is “with previous” so he can also sign
– Next signer is a group so all participants will get email, and if one of them signed – next signer in turn gets email and the rest of the group cannot sign
– Next signer is not mandatory so the signer after the next signer also gets email
– End of process all participants get email notification
