Answer for Routing Process: Group vs User

Hi there
Actually this is exactly how electronic signatures work in QPack Medical (assuming we talk about signing QPack work items such as requirements, and not documents in QPack Document Control – DMS items)
1. First, create the groups and add users to the group
2. Then create routing process, and add the group as a signer. Anyone in the group will be able to sign
3. Add electronic signature, assigning the created routing process to the status change (on project level)
4. Only users that belong to the project will be able to enter and e-sign the record
