Answer for Why I am Not Gettings Email Notification After Subscribing to Work Item Or Defect

In order to operate the subscription notification in ORCANOS system you need to create an event trigger that will capture such update.
The process of creating such trigger needs to be done in the Admin settings of the system and follow theses steps.

  1. Create Email Template (See Post: http://www.orcanos.com/help/Knowledgebase/add-and-manage-email-template/)
  2. Create Event (See Post: http://www.orcanos.com/help/forums/topic/add-qpack-events/), you need to create event Any Update
  3. Create Notification Settings (See Post: http://www.orcanos.com/help/Knowledgebase/add-and-manage-email-notifications/), you need to make sure you Do Not check the Notify Assignee and Notify Creator option and add the Admin user to the Notifiers list.

Now you can subscribe and get notification Only to the subscriber users.
