OVERVIEW
The REF_ALL_USERS lists all active users from both the Users Page and the Service Center Users Page, including users with Active and Pending statuses. If the user wants to export all users and their data from the system, we can do so using the “All Users” system table export, which includes additional details about users, such as their email ID, groups, projects, license details, etc. This table is dynamically updated by the system based on each user’s settings.
The system table cannot be edited or deleted. Users are unable to add, edit, or delete values from this system table.
ACTION OPERATIONS
User can perform following actions in the System Users>System Table Values page
- Move First: Moves the value to the first order in the table
- Move Up: Moves the value above the immediate value in the table.
- Move Down: Moves the value below the immediate value in the table.
- Move Last: Moves the value to the last order in the table.
- Sort Alphabetically: Arranges the list values in alphabetical order.
- Export Current Page: Enables the user to export values from the current page in CSV, Tab-separated, or HTML format.
- Export Entire Result Set: Enables the user to export all values in the result set in CSV, Tab-separated, or HTML format.
