Import / Export Process Flow

After defining the Admin Process flow ,Process flows can be Imported/exported to the Existing Projects.

The Import/Export Process Flow options are available from Admin Process Flow defined and also from the Project/Solution Process Flow defined.

User can follow simple steps to Export Process Flow:

Navigate to Admin and select New Project Defaults, then choose Process Flow.
From the work item type drop-down list, select Work item.
Choose the Export Process Flow option from the More Actions list.
The Export Process Flow Page will appear.
Select the desired work item from the Work Item drop-down list.
Check the single or multiple projects checkbox to indicate where the Process Flow should be exported.
Click the Export Button.
The Process Flows are successfully exported.

User can follow simple steps to Import Process Flow:

Navigate to Admin and select New Project Defaults, then choose Process Flow.
From the work item type drop-down list, select Work item.
Click the Import Process Flow option from More Actions list.
The Import Process Flow Page will appear.
Select the required project for which the Process flow is to be imported from the Project drop down list.
Check the single or multiple work items checkbox to indicate where the Process Flow should be imported.
Click the Import Button.
The Process Flows are successfully imported.

The import/export process flow is compatible with the same types of work items.

Import from default Process Flow to Archive option: It would import from Process Flow defined in Admin > New Project Defaults > Process Flow.
Import from Selected Project to Archive option: It would import from Process Flow defined in the selected project.

Click the icon corresponding to the work item to view the process flow.
