Project Team

OVERVIEW

The Project Team option enables you to display the project team on the Dashboard. The list of users related to the project is displayed within the panel.

TO ADD THE PROJECT TEAM PANEL

  • Select the Dashboard on the main menu to enter the Dashboard.
  • Click the ‘+’ button on the bottom right to add Project Team
  • The Manage Project Team popup window is displayed with the following fields:
    • Project: Select the project from the Project dropdown list
    • Size: Select the width of the screen to display the data from the Size dropdown list.
    • Is Private: You can select the Is Private checkbox to make the Panel Private.
  • Press Save

The Project Team Panel gets added in the Dashboard. The Table includes the following Details

  • Name: The name of the User who belongs to the selected project
  • Email: The Email ID of the user
  • Phone Number: The Phone number, if exist in User Details
  • Is Online: Status of the User(Online/Offline)

ACTIONS TOOLBAR

  • Refresh – Refresh the data displayed
  • Edit – Edits the Panel details
  • Full Screen – Show the Panel in a different window in full-size
  • Remove – Removes the panel from the dashboard, but not deleting it
