OVERVIEW
Orcanos system allows the users to add the discussion in any work item. Users can add Internal and Public discussion based on the permissions defined.
Creating a Discussion on the Item
1. Select the required item from the product tree and click Discussion tab.
2. Enter the required comments in the Description section and click Send.
- Send (Public) – Visible to both System users and External Users
- Send (Internal) – Visible to only System users.
