OVERVIEW
This option enables you to relate External users to the customers. You can relate more than one external user to a customer. In order to relate the user with the customer, the user must be an active in the system.
TO RELATE A USER:
- Select the Service Center Icon from Main Menu
- Select the Customer from the left navigation panel
- Select the Users tab.
- Click Add Icon (Relate Users) at the bottom of the page
- The Relate User popup window is displayed.
- Select the users from the Select User dropdown list
- Click Save Button

While creating the service center user in the Admin we have the option to link the user to the customer by selecting the customer name field.
Check All option to selects all the users. You can search for a specific user using the search icon
To remove the related customer, click icon corresponding to the user in the Actions Column
