OVERVIEW
The Move to View permission enables users to move work items from the Pool to the Product Tree. Once this permission is enabled, the Move to View option becomes available in both the Work Items Grid and the Item Details Page.
How to Enable or Disable the Move to View Permission
To enable or disable the Move to View permission, follow the steps below:

Navigate to the Users & Groups section in Admin.

Select Groups.

Click the View icon in the Action column for the group whose permissions you want to update.

Open the Work Item Permissions tab.

Select the General option from the list.

Check the Move to View checkbox to enable the permission.
To disable the permission, simply uncheck the Move to View checkbox.
Note: After making changes, users must refresh the application from the settings or log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
