The work Item Cloning feature is here to speed your workflow when dealing with similar forms with slight variations.
Whether it’s tweaking fields or adjusting layouts, this feature saves you heaps of time by letting you clone and adjust an existing form instead of starting from scratch.
Here’s how easy it is to use:
- Log in with your admin account and navigate to the Work Items customization section.
- Locate the work item you want to clone.
- Simply click on the Clone icon beside the work item.
- Make sure to check the “Show” option to make the work item active on the work items screen.
