OVERVIEW
Distribution List in Orcanos ALM enables you to group users, usually for the purpose of email notifications (it is not related to groups and its permissions)
HOW TO ADD A DISTRIBUTION LIST
To add a Distribution List, follow the simple steps mentioned below:
- Select Distribution List in Users & Groups under Admin. Distribution List page will be displayed.
- Click Add icon . Mange Distributor pop-up window will be displayed.
- Enter the name of the distribution list in the Name field.
- Click Save. The distribution list is saved.
- There are two ways by which users can be added to the Distribution List.
- Option 1
- Click the View icon. Distribution list details will be displayed.
- Move to the Users tab.
- Click on ‘Add‘ icon. Add Users pop-up be displayed.
- Select users (can select multiple users) and click on ‘Save‘.
- Users will be added to the Distribution list
- Option 2
- Select the Distribution list, click on (three horizontal dots) in Actions column.
- Select ‘Add Users‘ option. Add Users pop-up be displayed.
- Select users (can select multiple users) and click on ‘Save‘.
- Users will be added to the Distribution list
